SAS Risk Modeling is priced by Processed Assets of the customer as measured in US Dollars ($B). Processed Assets are measured in USD($B) and is reflected on the legal supplement in USD.
Pricing is based on the processed assets in USD($B) of the Customer only, unless specific contract language has been added by SAS to include the processed assets of an affiliate in the "Processed Assets in US Dollars ($B)" amount used to determine the fee.
Definition: "Processed Assets in US Dollars" The total value, expressed in United States dollars, of all assets in client accounts managed or administered by Customer, as reported by Customer to applicable governmental regulatory authorities, and processed through the Offering. Any conversion to United States dollars required will be based on the rate of exchange published on the last business day of the month prior to the effective date by OANDA, or other publication as directed by SAS, available at https://www.oanda.com/.
