SanteMobile Reviews & Product Details

SanteMobile is dispatch software built for the dispatcher of a French non-emergency ambulance and VSL company. A daily plan engine proposes a full day of assignments. Nothing is applied automatically: the dispatcher approves everything, per crew or per trip. The day board shows one lane per crew, with drag-and-drop assignment and conflict warnings. Assignment suggestions rank crews by distance, workload, vehicle fit and shift schedule. A return-trip suggester chains drop-offs with nearby pickups, and the activity report counts the empty kilometres avoided on accepted suggestions. The crew app (iOS, Android) queues actions offline and records a time-stamped proof of drop-off. During each trip, from "on the way" to drop-off, it shares the phone's location with the dispatcher and the patient; nothing is shared outside a trip and only the latest position is kept. The free patient app lets patients book a trip and follow the ambulance's arrival on a map. SanteMobile does not handle billing or medical data. It sits upstream of your billing software.
