The best part is that the course content helps you go from 0-60 very quickly. The labs make a huge difference because you are not taking a typical read off the slides approach. But, rather a hands-on, learn the material and show us in a lab that you know a concept, which you can then later apply at work and in your organization. Depends on the format you take. On Demand can be great if you want your own pace. In-person can be a challenge due to travel costs and all the required accommodations, except to spend lots of time after the course because learning it all in a week is impossible.
