As an MSP running Sangfor HCI in production for multi-tenant customer workloads, what I appreciate most is how much it consolidates into a single platform. Compute, storage (aSAN) and networking are managed from one console, and day-to-day operations like provisioning, HA and capacity monitoring are much simpler than with a traditional three-tier stack.

aSAN is a real strength. Replica-based distributed storage with host-level failure domains is easy to set up, and on NVMe-based nodes performance has been solid without needing a separate SAN or a dedicated storage team.

The resource dashboards are clear and useful for capacity planning. It's easy to see CPU allocation versus real usage and physical memory pressure per node, which helped us size cluster expansions based on actual data rather than guesswork.

Migration from VMware is practical. HCI Converter lets us move VMs one at a time with minimal downtime, which matters a lot for customers leaving vSphere after the licensing changes.

Finally, the ecosystem is maturing. Native support in Veeam Backup & Replication 13.1 closes what used to be the biggest gap for service providers who standardize on Veeam. From my operational point of view, with Sangfor Cloud Platform, the most tangible advantage has been a significant time saving in the testing and verification phases of the infrastructure. I really like that Sangfor Cloud Platform offers lower pricing compared to other options, providing the same quality of services at a cheaper rate. The security features like ASIC, which acts as an application-based firewall, and the storage capabilities with Asana, are major advantages.
