From my operational point of view, with Sangfor Cloud Platform, the most tangible advantage has been a significant time saving in the testing and verification phases of the infrastructure. Thanks to the integrated monitoring tools, native high availability features, and guided configuration procedures, I was able to significantly reduce the hours dedicated to post-installation checks and service functionality verifications. In general, the configuration of complex environments is much simpler, and management is centralized and intuitive. This results in a significant reduction in testing times and greater speed in operational verifications. Overall, I found an excellent balance between functionality, simplicity, and costs. Instead of dealing with multiple separate tools, I can centrally monitor, control, and optimize resources from a single interface, which has greatly improved operational efficiency and reduced management complexity. It also provides a smooth and straightforward migration path to Sangfor HCI. In my experience, the best thing about Sangfor HCI is that it brings everything together in one place. With other solutions, you have to piece together components from different vendors, which can sometimes lead to compatibility issues or debates over “who’s responsible.” Here, compute, storage, networking, security, and backup all come bundled together, so I have much greater peace of mind. Not having to set up anything extra on the security side was a huge advantage for me. Since features like micro-segmentation and ransomware protection come pre-built, I didn’t have to spend time researching and integrating additional products. The management dashboard is also really user-friendly. Being able to manage all virtual machines, storage, and the network from a single panel saves a significant amount of time in daily operations. Being able to handle tasks without requiring deep expertise is another plus. Cost-wise, I’ve had a positive experience. Compared to similar solutions, it seemed more affordable, and the licensing model was clearer. Avoiding unexpected costs is crucial. The fact that backup and disaster recovery features come pre-built was also very helpful. I didn’t have to purchase and integrate a separate solution, which provided advantages in terms of both time and budget. Overall, the ability to scale the system as my needs grow is a plus. Thanks to its modular structure, I can proceed step by step. Additionally, the ability to receive quick support when needed is one of the most important features that has made us very satisfied. The hyper-converged infrastructure has centralized management, which means you can control everything from one spot. It is always available. The hyper-converged infrastructure also has built-in disaster recovery capabilities, which means you are prepared in case something goes wrong. This simplifies the work of the people who handle the computers. The hyper-converged infrastructure is also very easy to use it does not cost much and it works very well. If you want to make a lot of changes or connect it to systems you need to know what you are doing. The Sangfor Technologies Cloud Platform also does not work with many other companies as some other big companies do. This can be a problem for companies, with complicated systems. It may take some time to figure out how to use the Sangfor Technologies Cloud Platform in these cases.. Sangfor HCI delivers almost every feature required for a virtualization stack. We haven't found any gaps that would cause us to dislike the product in any way. In response to VMware’s rising costs and the shift from perpetual to subscription-based licensing, we conducted a thorough assessment and chose to migrate to the Sangfor HCI platform.
