Nothing!!!!! It is a horrible software. They are the NC state aggregator, but the software often does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sandata is the state aggregator for NC home care industry. When employees clock in and out it does not register most of the time. The visits are not registered in the state platform-NC tracks. Therefore we are not paid. We pay our employees to service the clients, but because Sandata does not register these visits, NC tracks does not pay us after the visit has been completed. Today we scheduled a meeting with us, NC tracks, and Sandata. Sandata was aware of the meeting. Nobody showed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the ease of clocking and out and being able to manage multiple users at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing, this program is hard to use, not user friendly and really doesn't assist at all in our day to day work the program is horribly made and I would not recommend it to anyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything, it is outdated, only able to be used in Internet explorer has almost a DOS feel to it. It is truly a horrible program and nothing at all makes it worth our while. We are forced to use it. Because our state adopted this as their new EVV program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
