## About Saldenspiegel
Saldenspiegel turns a German DATEV trial balance (Summen- und Saldenliste) into a monthly P&L in the DATEV BWA layout, a balance sheet overview and ten key ratios such as equity ratio, liquidity ratios and days sales outstanding. Every figure shows its formula, the values used and the limits of what it says. Built-in checks show whether the file is complete and where something does not add up, for example an unbalanced balance sheet or accounts without assignment. It also offers prior-year comparison, monthly trend, full-year projection, break-even point, cash flow statement, multi-year comparison, cost centre analysis from the DATEV booking batch and a report pack for bank meetings. German charts of accounts SKR03 and SKR04 are both supported. The file is processed in the browser only: nothing is uploaded, no account, no cookies. Free to use on screen; a paid licence removes the test watermark from print, PDF and Excel. German-language, for tax advisors, bookkeeping offices, controllers and managing directors of small and medium-sized businesses.
