**What do you like best about Saileor?**

I like how fast and smooth their process is. Onboarding is quick, salaries paysheets are delivered to us on time, salary disbursals are on time and whenever we ask something, there is a human replying unlike a ticket being raised and waiting forever.

**What do you dislike about Saileor?**

Everything has gone smoothly so far; the past three months have felt effortless. I hope I won't ever need to update this review.

If you are tight on timelines and budget, choose saileor, they are a best fit for startups.

**What problems is Saileor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our new employees in India joined, Saileor handled every small detail, employee bgv, documents, onboarding, insurance, and sending the assets.

The employees told us the onboarding call was smooth and the welcome kit arrived on time.

For us, it felt like having a local HR team in India without actually building one.
If you want a partner who treats your employees well and keeps compliance clean, Saileor is a strong choice.

The support team is quick to respond, and they actually solve issues instead of giving generic replies.

**What do you dislike about Saileor?**

Nothing significant. If I have to point out one thing, I’d say the reports could have a bit more customization.

**What problems is Saileor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saileor removed the entire burden of managing employees in India We needed 5 techies and we gave them the JD, they arranged the interviews and we were able to onboard employees in 3 just 3 months. I guess Kiran is the best when it comes to handling Indian compliance, he made it easy for us and our employees. Contracts, assets and KYC all were taken care by Saileor. Thank you for existing.
