7) Company's Vice President will be in constant touch, no matter if it is a sale or an issue , this level of importance provides the confidence that we can manage even the most complicated Setup.

I don't think there will be any dislikes , you get immediate support whenever you require them, the only issue is their upgrade which they release every year but cant complain about them as it is for betterment of the functionality of the software with latest security signatures. Asigra has always used a heavy client/server based management option. I am happy they have launched and are incorporating more and more functionality into their web based management console with each release. I really like Asigra's agentless backup system. I can install the DS-Client on one machine in our customer's environment and it will backup every machine on that network. I don't have to install the program on multiple machines.
