## About RysTRO
RysTRO is an offline-first point-of-sale and restaurant management platform built for restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens. It keeps taking orders, printing kitchen tickets (KOT), and generating bills even when the internet goes down, then automatically syncs everything once the connection returns. Beyond POS, RysTRO includes table management, menu and inventory control, sales reports and analytics, and role-based staff accounts. It also includes a built-in digital menu board that stays in sync with your POS across any screen, plus a free SEO-friendly online menu and QR menu for customers. RysTRO uses simple flat monthly pricing and takes no percentage of your card sales. You can use the payment processor of your choice, giving independent restaurants the flexibility and tools they need without enterprise pricing or vendor lock-in.
