Rubrily Reviews & Product Details

Rubrily is a rubric-first applicant tracking system: instead of black-box match percentages, every candidate is interviewed and evaluated against your weighted rubric — and every score comes with a written justification you can defend to anyone. Define what a great hire means once, as 5–8 weighted criteria. From then on, every applicant gets an async AI interview on their own schedule, in their own language, with adaptive follow-ups. CVs are read against the same rubric, not keyword-matched. The Fit Score blends CV and interview into a 0–100% ranking where every point traces back to a criterion, a justification, and the transcript it came from. When evidence is missing, it says "Cannot evaluate" — it never guesses. Includes a full ATS pipeline (Kanban stages, team ratings, automatic emails, analytics), a branded careers page, and GDPR-ready architecture with in-product consent and erasure. The free plan includes unlimited candidates, unlimited AI interviews, and unlimited CV evaluations — no credit card required. Built by Phaedra Solutions.
