You get the code generated and get it connected with the VPN. Constantly monitored and proactively repaired. **What do you dislike about RSA SecureID Plus?** The only issue with this software is that the authentication software which is during its initial set up. **What problems is RSA SecureID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting connected to our Cisco VPN using the passcode generated by RSA SecurID. It is quite simple rather than to remember password everytime. Reduced our time. ### 2. It has easy access and the interface of the application is simple and neat. It generates token automatically after the old one is expired. We dont have to re enter the password again to fetch the new token. **What do you dislike about RSA SecureID Plus?** It is pretty basic and does it job well. There is no major disadvantage for this application. However the token timings can be increased. One token stays only for 60 seconds. Later a new token is generated. If the internet is slow and it is loading, then the token might expire and we have to re enter again. **Recommendations to others considering RSA SecureID Plus:** It is easy and best Multifactor authentication app available in the market **What problems is RSA SecureID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RSA to login into my office workspace. It is a good Multifactor authentication app which provides secure connection to our workspace. It is a simple application which has easy access. ### 4. It allows us to use soft-token so that we need not carry different devices while we are traveling or working from home. RSA SecurID Suite controls the access and manages the additional authentication. It provides token or time-based authentication. **What do you dislike about RSA SecureID Plus?** When we set it up the first time, it is a bit complex to configure. RSA Secure ID token window is very tiny even we do not expand it and can not see the full name in the title bar. **Recommendations to others considering RSA SecureID Plus:** It provides the best way to implement two-factor authentication. In my previous organization, we're utilizing soft and hard token, and the configurations are very straight forward. The mobile application and real time monitoring really gave me an easy time to troubleshoot our clients' concerns. **What do you dislike about RSA SecureID Plus?** I believe RSA SecurID is already a perfect product and the only downside that I experienced is that it doesn't have 2FA compatibility with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator. **What problems is RSA SecureID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we are in a work from home structure, most of our clients doesn't have IT backgrounds and using MFA and 2FA are very straightforward on their part. ### 7. Easy to setup, manage, reliable, good support. At the beginning we used only physical appliances but later moved on with hybrid solution and used also virtual appliances. This reduced costs and added security between network zones. All RSA support engineers in different levels are friendly and highly skilled. Setup was really easy. Management of RSA tokens is user intuitive. **What do you dislike about RSA SecureID Plus?** Not possible to add softtokens to phone via QR in offline mode, meaning that there must be open port from outside to internal RSA to activate token. Also automation was a bit complicated and challenging due to organization security policies. It is difficult to get usage statistics of RSA SecurID tokens and its users from archived logs. The app needs to provide a way to reset the access PIN number when forgotten. **Recommendations to others considering RSA SecureID Plus:** I recommend RSA first, i made big comparison and full functional testing between RSA and several other vendors. RSA Secure ID is best in terms of costs, management and maturity. **What problems is RSA SecureID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Added security to privileged and unprivileged user accounts to access various systems, for example: adds another authentication layer to connection to office network via VPN, CyberArk, remote desktop access etc. Two factor authentication is always important as the reasons like stolen passwords are increasingly becoming serious causes for identity theft. Employees feel that their information is well treated and secured rising our credibility and showing the level of commitment the company have in keeping data safe. ### 11.
