Rowm Reviews & Provider Details

Rowm is a UK vehicle transport and logistics platform that helps car dealerships, fleet operators, auction houses, rental companies and OEMs move vehicles from A to B without the phone calls, chasing and admin that usually come with it. Tell Rowm where a car needs collecting and delivering, get an instant quote, book online and track it in real time. Every vehicle is carried on a truck and trailer by a professional contractor driver, so your cars are never driven on their own wheels or exposed to unnecessary mileage and wear. Drivers record condition with timestamped photos at collection and delivery and capture customer signatures, giving you a clear audit trail and protection against damage disputes. There are no subscriptions and no contracts. Every trip is quoted individually on distance, timing and vehicle type and invoiced per job, so you only pay for what you book. Pricing is configurable per customer account, which makes Rowm easy to roll out across multiple sites or branches. Key features include instant online quoting and booking, real-time GPS tracking, same-day and time-window delivery, photographic condition reporting, digital proof of collection and delivery, and a shared workspace where your team manages saved addresses, invites colleagues and sees every trip in one place. Behind the scenes a dedicated operations team plans routes, coordinates drivers and handles exceptions, so things keep running even when plans change. Rowm covers mainland UK, prices in GBP and handles VAT and DVLA lookups automatically. Whether you're moving a single car or hundreds a month, Rowm turns vehicle transport into a simple, trackable, on-demand service, so your team spends less time on logistics and more time selling.
