Round makes it easy to put idle business cash to work without needing to think about it. I mainly use the money market account to earn interest on profits not needed for day-to-day operations and the setup has been smooth. The interface is clean, the performance has been reliable and customer support is outstanding.. every time I’ve needed help, the team has responded quickly and solved issues right away. The APY rate has dropped over time, which is frustrating but more a reflection of market conditions than Round itself. I do find it slightly inconvenient having to authenticate every time I log in and I wish the performance graph on the money market dashboard had more flexibility (like custom date ranges). Round’s agents shift surplus cash into higher-yield accounts / money market funds, and pull it back when you need it. We get far better rates than corporate savings accounts for a minimal increased in risk and a much better UX. AP/Bill visibility is super useful too. Great founder-led customer support.
