I do find it slightly inconvenient having to authenticate every time I log in and I wish the performance graph on the money market dashboard had more flexibility (like custom date ranges). The Xero integration was buggy at first but works well now. Treasury is one of those boring, unexciting areas that don't take precedent early in a startup's life (even for founders like me who are Chartered Accountants) because it's a painful process full of admin. Round takes all the pain out of that process with a one-time sign up that gives you the most efficient returns on your capital. I can "set and forget", knowing that the funds of the business are generating attractive interest. This means I can get back to work. Also the team there are super helpful and engaged, always responsive to queries and keen to keep improving the product. **What do you dislike about Round Treasury?** There really isn't anything - the product is developing at a rate of knots, so extra functionality around payment scheduling is coming online at the moment. **What problems is Round Treasury solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have time as a founder in a small team to manage treasury, apply to lots of financial institutions, and keep our funds secure under FSCS. This means our business funds are less secure than they could be and crucially they are not generating as much interest as they should be. As a non-profit organisation, paid by subscription at the beginning of each year, so we do not have a regular flow of income. Therefore we needed a solution that provided a better return on liquidity, compared to our bank, but with ease of access to the cash through the year, without tying it up. The team are great as well, if you are stuck on something you can ping them on slack and its sorted. If there is a small bug its fixed by lunchtime! Its a few clicks and you are connected to all of your banks. But the best thing for me is Treasury, we have raised some capital and instead of it just sitting around waiting to be spent I have it earning interest and then I have automations to move money for salaries and subscriptions.
