Rostered Reviews & Product Details

Rostered is a comprehensive club management application designed specifically for youth sports organizations. It consolidates essential functions such as scheduling, roster management, communication, and financial tracking into a single, user-friendly platform, aiming to streamline operations for coaches, administrators, athletes, and their families. One of the core features of Rostered is its robust scheduling system. Clubs can create and manage events at various levelsteam, division, or club-wideincluding practices, games, and multi-day tournaments. The platform supports calendar feeds that integrate seamlessly with Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars, ensuring that any schedule changes are automatically updated across all platforms. This integration helps families stay informed about event details, including locations and real-time weather forecasts, reducing the need for multiple communication channels. Communication within Rostered is facilitated through 'Huddles,' which are team and division-specific messaging channels. These channels support reactions, attachments, and per-message translation, enabling effective communication even in multilingual environments. This centralized messaging system eliminates the chaos of multiple group texts and ensures that all team members receive timely updates. The platform also offers a comprehensive RSVP and attendance tracking feature. Families can respond to event invitations per athlete and per day, which is particularly useful for multi-day events like tournaments. Automated reminders are sent to those who haven't responded, and coaches have access to real-time headcounts, allowing for better planning and coordination. Additionally, attendance can be marked directly within the app, providing a clear record of participation. For financial management, Rostered includes tools for expense tracking and reporting. Users can photograph receipts using their mobile devices, and the app's AI extracts relevant details such as vendor, amount, and date. These expenses can be reviewed and approved by administrators, simplifying financial oversight and reducing the reliance on manual record-keeping. Rostered is designed to accommodate a wide range of team sports, including basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and water polo, among others. It offers customizable options to cater to the specific needs of different sports and club structures. The platform is accessible via web browsers and has native applications for both iOS and Android devices, ensuring that users can manage their club activities from anywhere. In terms of pricing, Rostered operates on a flat monthly fee structure based on the number of athletes in the club, starting at $9 per month for up to 10 athletes. Importantly, the platform is free for parents and athletes, with no advertisements or hidden fees, ensuring a seamless and distraction-free user experience. Overall, Rostered provides a centralized solution for managing the complexities of youth sports clubs, enhancing communication, organization, and financial management, thereby allowing coaches and administrators to focus more on the development and success of their athletes.
