RoofStruct Reviews & Product Details

RoofStruct is a web-based roofing measurement and estimation platform purpose-built for roofing contractors, estimators, and construction professionals. It delivers accurate roof measurements using satellite imagery, so contractors can measure any roof remotely — without climbing a ladder or scheduling a site visit. With RoofStruct, users can measure roof areas, ridges, hips, valleys, rakes, and eaves directly from a browser. The platform calculates total squares, pitch, and waste factor automatically, giving contractors the numbers they need to build accurate estimates in minutes rather than hours. One of RoofStruct's standout features is its interactive instant 3D roof preview. Contractors and homeowners can visualize the roof in three dimensions, select shingle styles and colors, and see exactly what the finished result will look like — making it a powerful sales tool during client presentations. RoofStruct covers the full roofing workflow from measurement to material order. Contractors can generate branded estimates with Good/Better/Best pricing tiers, their company logo, colors, and contact information. Homeowners can accept estimates with digital signatures, and every estimate is tracked with full history. Material ordering is built in — the platform calculates shingle, underlayment, and accessory quantities from actual roof geometry, reducing over-ordering and waste. All reports and documents can be exported as branded PDFs, CSV, Excel, JSON, or DXF files — ready to share with homeowners, insurance adjusters, or suppliers. Every export carries the contractor's branding, reinforcing professionalism at every touchpoint. Shared project links display the contractor's brand, not RoofStruct's. RoofStruct is designed to be a focused, intuitive tool — not a bloated CRM with features contractors never use. It does measurement, estimation, and material ordering exceptionally well, with a clean interface that requires no training to learn. Pricing is clear and affordable. The Free plan includes unlimited measurements, satellite imagery, interactive 3D roof preview, and PDF exports. The Pro plan at $49/month unlocks branded estimates, material ordering, advanced report templates, team roles, and priority support — with no long-term contracts or hidden fees. RoofStruct runs entirely in the browser with no downloads or installations. It works on desktop, laptop, and tablet, making it ideal for residential roofing contractors, commercial roofers, storm damage restoration companies, and roofing material suppliers who need fast, reliable roof data without enterprise overhead.
