Close was super quick, support was very timely on any questions we had. **What do you dislike about Rollups?** Nothing so far -- there are some things we didn't understand having only used Carta before, but support has been helpful in filling in the blanks **What problems is Rollups solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing our cap table, launching a roll-up vehicle ### 2. For an early stage start-up where every dollar matters, this is big. At the same time, it can be intimidating using these more self-serve tools (given the implications of messing something up) but they do complement their technology with a level of service which is really helpful (and the people helping are very knowledgeable and detail oriented). Outside counsel can also still oversee the process providing but AngelList Equity helps reduce hours billed. **What do you dislike about Rollups?** It's very robust (as the things it's looking to streamline are complicated and many intricacies), and so it can be intimidating to use in a self-serve capacity (which is why their level of service is helpful and important) **What problems is Rollups solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spending a lot on outside counsel in the early stages of a company when every dollar matters ### 3. I never felt lost because I knew they had our back throughout the entire process. When closing our RUV, their support team was professional, attentive and timely to ensure our closing was quick and painless. They also worked well with outside counsel. **What do you dislike about Rollups?** I havent used all the features, but look forward to trying the rest of them. **What problems is Rollups solving and how is that benefiting you?** They interfaced with outside counsel and provided quick and easy answers without the hassel of expensive legal fees. ### 4.
