RollOS Reviews & Product Details

RollOS is a cloud-based roll-off dumpster rental, online booking, and fleet dispatch software built for small and mid-size waste haulers operating from 1 to 25+ trucks. Purpose-built for residential, commercial construction (C&D), and regional roll-off dumpster companies, RollOS replaces manual phone quotes, spreadsheets, and rigid legacy software with an all-in-one platform that automates container reservations, multi-truck dispatching, driver SMS routing, and landfill tonnage overage billing. Core Capabilities & Attributes: • 24/7 Online Dumpster Booking Engine: Homeowners and contractors enter their delivery ZIP code, select container sizes (10, 15, 20, 30, or 40-yard roll-off dumpsters), view real-time yard availability, sign digital driveway liability waivers, and pay rental deposits online via Stripe Connect. • Visual Multi-Truck Dispatch Board: Dispatchers manage daily drop-offs, swaps, and pickups across multiple drivers and trucks on an interactive board with automatic container serial-number locks that prevent double-booking across overlapping rental dates. • Zero-App Driver SMS Routing: Drivers receive daily route stops via secure SMS magic links that open directly in any mobile browser—providing 1-tap Google Maps turn-by-turn navigation, GPS delivery photo proof capture, and yard return confirmation without downloading a mobile app. • Automated Scale Ticket & Tonnage Overage Invoicing: Operators record actual landfill disposal weight from scale tickets to automatically calculate excess tonnage fees and extra rental days, charging the card on file with 100% direct Stripe payouts. Built for hooklift, cable hoist, and roll-off trailer fleets of all sizes, RollOS offers transparent month-to-month pricing starting at $0/month with zero annual contract lock-in.
