The onboarding process was painless. My team and I felt incredibly supported by the indicative team. We explained our goals and the cohort analyses we wanted to run, and the team helped us utilize loads of cool features to help us understand customer behavior. Even if the tool is doing well, what it is supposed to do, there are some areas for improvement:

1. Monitoring/debugging capabilities are limited. I feel that more information could be retrieved and presented to the user to simplify his life. E.g. Showing the status of a newly built connection or displaying information on how to test the connection.

2. I miss a simplified setup process or pop-up hints during setup. E.g. When we connect mParticle output to the new destination, it would be nice to get messages explaining what is not done yet - like, A. input needs to be connected to the output.
