What do you like best?

The ability to send a follow up card or personalized gift right from our Salesforce CRM across leads, contacts or campaign features with a click of a button. The editor for the cards is super flexible and developing content or messaging for reuse can be saved and reused across cards, logos and personalizing things like Golf balls , water bottles and mugs has been really effective and clients like it. I like the fact that the status of shipped item is right on the contact and lead record so we know when the recipient received item so we can follow up immediately. One nice feature is we can set budgets for our sales team to manage our spend across rocket notes users. We are using the built in reporting in salesforce and dashboards are nice to allow us to see the whole picture across the sales and gifting programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing at this point across our use cases. We are currently expanding the use of additional gifts and they look to have a deep offering of swag and other promotional items we can add as we go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are considering using gifting/swag, direct mail and other physical touch-points in your Salesforce instance for sales, marketing or customer this was so easy. The install took 15 minutes and we were trained within the hour. From a pricing perspective it is a consumption model so no licensing just required to put corporate card and just re-up based on your budget. If you are looking for more sophisticated gifting programs they do have a fulfillment program for any item you want to include in a custom program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for additional ways to engage leads with more personalization, we had invested in several other initiatives like video and found it to be effective so we wanted to include a direct mail and gift offering in our sales cadences. The results were even better with including the rocket notes offering in our outreach efforts. Currently we have been building out other use cases for Customer on-boarding, retention and in our contract renewal processes. Early results and feedback from clients is they love it. The reporting works directly in our Salesforce CRM so we can see an measure the effectiveness of our gifting across leads, accounts and opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that we set up campaigns to go out to new customers AND set up a reactivation campaign and the response has been staggerting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Worth a try for sure. Might take a little to set up but worth it. My suggestion is to use it to build karma and not just try to sell in a card and gift. We messed this up at first, we started sending cards with logos and sales copy and had WAY better success when we didn't sell but said THANK YOU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We solve a couple. Reactivation of clients who we have not talked to in over a year and we seem to be getting a lot more word of mouth referrals from people who we have sent cards and gifts to. Plus an added thing we did not plan on was the number of people who actually take the time to post a picture with the water bottles we send out on social media. extra benefit we had not accounted for. What do you like best?

As a business owner, Rocket Notes simplifies our follow up practices and appreciation models to makes them very convenient. We are able to login and within minutes send out 1 to 100's of Thank You's with a couple of clicks. If we want to add a gift; which there are a variety, we can selectively add. RocketNotes handles the fulfillment; print, stuff and postage, for a price that beats anything we can do labor wise or personally. I had a want to automate our appreciation and follow up practices. For the number of cards/gifts that we send each month; 100-300..triple that at Christmas! The process to purchase, hand-write, mail, etc. was becoming a full-time chore. Rocket Notes automates this to a cost effective process, that also improved out sales/contract conversion rates. What do you like best?

I love the interesting and unique approach to cultivating leads and customer experience. In my career, no matter the industry one thing I've noticed is everyone wants a personal warm fuzzy feeling from their clients or partners. That comes from effort, personal touch, and tangible contact. They had me integrated and up and running within minutes. that fact that it's integrated with my CRM allows me to automate my gifts so I don't have to think about it anymore. Everyone in business wants to take the time to write a personal note or card to their client or potential sale. Let's be honest, that maybe happen 1 out of 10 times. To have a solution like this fully integrated into Salesforce is huge! With a few clicks I can send out a "Thank You" card or personalize a gift like golf balls or a water bottle and have it sent directly to a client or prospect. What do you like best?

I like the ability to give someone a personal touch by sending a handwritten note or personalized gift right from my computer or phone - and do it in just a few minutes. Give it a try. No risk and no monthly financial commitment. Your creativity is the only thing holding you back. There is no better way to make an impact than to blow your client or prospective client away than with a personalized gift. Anyone can send something with your logo on it. What do you like best?

Rocket Notes allows for a high touch high feel follow up system that saves a tremendous amount of time , energy and money! Being able to send Thank You cards, gifts, gift cards, and even personalized SWAG from SalesForce is empowering. People do business with those they know, like and trust...trust being the most important...staying in contact with them constantly by sending a card here, a gift there maintains the trust over the sales cycle. Sending a coffee mug with a prospects company logo on one side, and their name personalized on the other is a home run. The fact that it is a "pay-as-you-go" program is phenomenal...that makes it cost efficient and easy to budget...great program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recognizing special events and circumstances; and acknowledging them with our prospects and customers has caused them to see our organization in a different and better light. People like to be liked, cared for and thought of especially when you are not yet doing business with them.
