**What do you like best about RoboResponseAI?**

The best thing about this chatbot is it has the option where I can upload all my webpage details, company details, FAQs, and others in advance so if my website visitors ask questions related to that it answers back with proper detailed answers to my website visitors.

**What do you dislike about RoboResponseAI?**

As of now, I didn't see any drawbacks, however, the configuration is a bit lengthy process and a bit complex too.

**What problems is RoboResponseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This chatbot has the option where I can upload all my webpage details, company details, FAQs, and others in advance so if my website visitors ask questions related to that it answers back with proper detailed answers to my website visitors. When it comes to answering short questions and FAQs this is very affective for any agency or e-com website.

The installation process was simple and my bot was live within minutes.

I am satisfied with the product. However, more options to customize it would be a plus.

The chatbot can be easily customized to match our brand and other specific needs. It is answering our customers just like a customer support executive.

If we can get real-time alerts and notifications on the mobile app it would be good.

RoboResponseAI can be easily trained using documents and website content. It tracks unanswered questions too, which helps us identify the gaps and train the chatbot better.

The chatbot answers most questions asked instantly.

A simpler pricing model would be nice to have, considering different types of accounts.

The playground feature is great because it lets users test and fine-tune the chatbot in a controlled environment before deploying it live. 

This ensures its performance is optimal when it interacts with real users.

One area where RoboResponseAI could expand its reach is by introducing multi-language support. While it's quite efficient in its current form, catering to a global audience with diverse language preferences would elevate its appeal.

RoboResponseAI has made it easier for us to handle website visitors by providing prompt and helpful interactions.

**What do you like best about RoboResponseAI?**

Its very easy to build and it answers all diffcult queries at ease. And the special thing is it gives human like response and doesnt sound like a chatbot.

**What do you dislike about RoboResponseAI?**

Felt pricing is little high. And din find anything to complain about as far I used.

We used their Live Chat and sales chat Bot. And It was easy to implement and the chat bot answers questions with ease and has a human touch to it. Answers complicated queries aswell. Which had saved our time.

We could easily customize RoboResponseAI to suit our specific business needs and match it to our brand requirements. The proactive feature was the icing on the cake.

It would be great if RoboResponseAI could share a plan for future updates.

As most of the queries are handled by the chatbot, our sales cycle has drastically reduced.

Earlier, there were multiple rounds of email when it came to resolving a query. This was usually spread across multiple days. All of this now happens in a day or two.

RoboResponseAI is proactive! It starts interacting with our website visitors based on the webpage they are on or based on what they are looking for. This has definitely increased engagement on our website.

Not much, except we wish we could select more number of chatbots for the pricing plan we opted for.
