The system has been a huge game changer especially for our small company. **What problems is Rivur solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest benefits is how seamlessly the system updates. Any change we make is reflected instantly, which helps eliminate errors and keeps our workflow running smoothly. On top of that, the support team is fantastic. It's intuitive, easy to learn, and ideal for tracking all aspects of project cost reporting from design through construction. I have been using this software consistently for several years now and it's features and ease of use have only continued to improve. **What do you dislike about Rivur?** There aren't many downsides to using RIVUR, but it can be difficult to implement with a client's existing system for budgeting and tracking if they already have something in place they want to keep in addition to tracking through RIVUR. **What problems is Rivur solving and how is that benefiting you?** The RIVUR team is consistently available for troubleshooting issues and open to adding quality-of-life features that improve the user experience measurably. ### 3. It's truly a one stop shop - from creating budgets, tracking approved and pending costs, and forecasting cashflows, Rivur makes it easy to not just provide accurate and up to date financial reports, but it also serves as a database for all backup documentation to ensure transparency and overall project success. **What do you dislike about Rivur?** The only issue I've had with Rivur is when clients want to also use their proprietary financial reporting tools in addition to using Rivur, which can create double work. Rivur solves most of this issue by being able to export all reports into Excel, but reformatting those reports to meet the client's needs can be a pain. **What problems is Rivur solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rivur provides not only a database for uploading all relevant financial documents (contracts, change orders, invoices, lien waivers, COIs), but it also provides simple steps for allocating all of those costs for real time updates on the financial health of the projects. The transparency and clarity the financial reports provide to our clients has greatly benefitted our team's ability to receive timely approvals on change orders and billings. ### 4. As a daily user of Rivur, I am able to see areas that can be improved or features to be added to help the user and Robert is always available to chat through these ides and implement them where applicable. **What do you dislike about Rivur?** I wouldn't call this a dislike, but like any platform, Rivur can throw some bugs during certain processes. Robert is always readily available to help work it out and get my day back on track! **What problems is Rivur solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rivur is ensuring that each property has the proper paperwork in place in case of an audit in the future. Each vendor and contract are required to have W-9s, COIs, and lien waivers where needed. ### 5. Never again must I have to search in more than one location for information reflected in a cost report or draw. **What do you dislike about Rivur?** There isn't anything in particular that comes to mind. **What problems is Rivur solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies the otherwise complicated cost reporting and draw process that is involved in any real estate development projects. ### 6.
