What do you like best about RiskOS?

I love that while using Berbix, it automatically flags an ID as fake. I still double-check when it isn't flagged, but when it is, my job is that much easier. The other nice thing about Berbix, is that it automatically tells you if the customer is under 21. Just a very user-friendly application! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskOS?

The best update would be for the application to recognize if the name on the ID matches the name of the person we are verifying or if the ID provided is for an entirely different person. This isn't that big of a deal because it is easy to see whether or not the names match. It would be convenient for a user to see that Berbix rejected the ID because the information doesn't match. Since we have to filter thru many names it would be very helpful in our company landing page List view had the name of the individual that has been processed, instead of only a UID#. This makes us have to go fishing thru UIDs if we are back searching for a specific individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RiskOS?

I love that ID images are processed in a fast and easy fashion. We added the security of utilizing the scan bar on the IDs/DLs as well and it's been working out well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RiskOS?

The ID recognition features are great, makes the whole KYC process more efficient! The AI recognizes the ID information almost better than I'd do in some instances... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing much to comment on as a dislike; it is more on the user side. It may flag a selfie that from a human perspective would be seen as acceptable, however not matching the exact criteria specified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RiskOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are in the real estate sector, and with Berbix, we solve the ID verification process that would have been otherwise manual and required more interaction with the customer. As the main benefits, I would mention faster identity verification which makes us more efficient. On a less considered aspect, increased brand recognition. "Berbix review"

What do you like best about RiskOS?

Good, simple design: easy for users to fill out, easy for admins to review user identities, easy to attach webhooks and interface with it from a coding perspective. There have been very few problems with users and very few problems with interfacing our software with Berbix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskOS?

The client-facing Berbix UI is not very customizable. There are very few options exposed when making custom templates. I would love more of an ability to customize the component's CSS in order to create an aesthetic that better suits our website.

Problems with lack of customizability are not only limited to aesthetics, it can also impact UX. One specific example is that the Berbix component forces a large amount of whitespace directly below the UI, which can be disruptive for space-constrained applications. Our team couldn't find a way to disable the whitespace and had to resort to making the rest of our UI overlap on top of the Berbix component in order to put our components in the place of the whitespace.
