However, it is difficult to translate a configuration document into the real system. The spreadsheet gives you a rough idea but in practice this looks different. The integration process, so far has been smooth, quick and extremely professional. It is easy to follow and understand the next steps. Carolina's attitude is friendly, professional and gets people engaged. The configuration files are easy to follow and helps understand what is needed, all followed by a clearly stated project plan. On too many occasions, I have identified inaccurate data which is not ideal when reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee.
