The tool provides high-level overviews, including trends over time, but also gives the flexibility to take a more granular look when needed. The team surrounding RiskMatch is open to feedback and actively seeks that feedback from users of the tool. The two-way conversation has been mutually beneficial as we have grown our use of this tool. **What do you dislike about RiskMatch?** The tool is only as good as the data that goes into it (which is not a flaw of RiskMatch).
