We use Try Riot to train our teams, and it has been a real success. The approach is radically different from traditional training, largely thanks to Albert. This interactive coach makes learning fun and unobtrusive by integrating directly into our messaging app. It is the perfect tool for building a security culture without being a burden. The effectiveness is real: thanks to this increased awareness, we successfully stopped two CEO fraud attempts (whaling) in the past year. Beyond coaching, the platform acts as a true control tower. The automated phishing campaigns are shockingly realistic and adapt to each user's level, while the Dark Web monitoring alerts us immediately if a password has leaked. It is reassuring to have all these tools (training, simulation, and monitoring) centralized in one place. Finally, the dashboard gives us clear visibility on participation rates and the company's risk level. Before, our training had low engagement; today, thanks to Albert's interactive approach, employee participation is excellent. We have shifted from passive compliance to active vigilance. The benefit is measurable: we drastically reduced our risk exposure and successfully prevented two CEO fraud attempts this year.
