Ringside Data Reviews & Product Details

Ringside is a marketing data platform that specialises in analytics and attribution for businesses where the sale doesn't complete on the website. It connects advertising data, website behaviour and back-end sales records, including order management systems, booking systems and CRMs, into a single view of the customer journey, from first click through to confirmed revenue. It tracks multi-touch journeys across channels and devices, reconciles platform-reported conversions against sales recorded in the business's own systems, and follows leads through offline stages such as calls, appointments and completions that take place weeks or months after the initial click. The platform includes dashboards for channel and campaign performance, individual customer journey analysis, page-level reporting and forecasting. Daily and weekly insight emails flag what's changed and what's worth looking into, without anyone having to log in. Data is available unsampled, and can be exported or queried directly for use in a business's own BI tools. Ringside supports both lead generation and ecommerce businesses, including those selling through multiple revenue streams. Pricing starts at £2,000 per month.
