What do you like best about RingEX?

Having calls, messages, and meetings in the same platform has been more useful than I expected. It doesn’t sound like a big deal at first, but it really shows its value when I’m juggling several projects at once and need to remember who approved a change, when we spoke with the client, or what was still pending after a call. With RingEX, communication feels much more connected and easier to track. Call quality has been stable, and honestly, that matters more to me than any flashy feature. A client call shouldn’t depend on whether the tool feels like working that day. For follow-up meetings, deliverable reviews, and quick calls with vendors, I rarely have to pause or troubleshoot because of technical issues. The mobile experience has also been very strong. Some days a conversation starts on my desktop and I need to continue it from my phone while moving between meetings. Being able to keep that flow without losing context helps a lot, especially when a decision can’t wait until I’m back at my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I haven’t had any bad experiences with RingEX. For my day-to-day work, it’s been reliable and consistently solid. Calls, video, messaging, integrations, and the AI features all come together in one workflow without making anything feel cluttered, and that’s what I appreciate most. It gives me the communication tools I need without forcing me to bounce between different apps whenever a conversation turns into a task, a meeting, or a follow-up. What do you like best about RingEX?

It’s pretty easy to onboard new employees because the UI/UX is straightforward and intuitive. The AI Transcript Notes are also helpful for keeping the conversation flowing and making sure we don’t miss key points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Their technical support team consistently takes up our time, especially when problems could have been resolved with straightforward answers instead of putting us through a loop of the same responses.

I also feel that some features should have been included in the subscription plan rather than placed in the Add-Ons. Performance-wise, even though we’ve been using RingCentral for a long time, there are still unresolved issues, and our company will likely have to find workarounds instead. What do you like best about RingEX?

I liked that my users could download the app and use their cell phones with the service. Nobody wants to be tied to a desk phone, so this made it much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The price was the reason I looked to make a switch, and I found that other well known services cost half. They lacked morals when I tried to cancel. During cancellation, support repeatedly told us we could not cancel or even reduce licenses because of a contract they could not produce. After reviewing our own agreement, we found no minimum seat requirement. Once we pointed this out, support suddenly agreed to reduce the account to a single line. The issue was eventually resolved, but only after significant back-and-forth. I recommend obtaining and reading your contract before accepting statements about what changes are or are not permitted. What do you like best about RingEX?

I really appreciate how RingEX brings calling, messaging, and meetings together in one place. It’s easy to use, reliable, and helps our team stay connected without constantly switching between different apps. Having everything integrated makes day-to-day communication simpler, and we can move quickly from chat to a call or a meeting without changing tools, which saves a lot of time.

Features like presence status, call forwarding, and the smooth transitions between chats and calls help boost our productivity. The integration with our CRM applications is also a big help, since it keeps communication tied to our daily workflows. On top of that, the initial setup was smoother than I expected: most configurations were straightforward, so we were able to get up and running with minimal training. What do you like best about RingEX?

Pricing is fair, and it now includes an AI feature we can use while on calls. The UI is easy to understand, and the implementation process was superb. I also like that you can duplicate settings or a call queue, which makes setup almost instant. Our employees adapted quickly with minimal training.

The platform offers a wide range of features, including video, voice, messaging, and integration capabilities. On top of that, the support team is knowledgeable and highly responsive. What do you dislike about RingEX?

If you don’t have much basic VOIP experience, the initial setup can feel overwhelming. I get that certain integrations will naturally take some effort, but I’ve run into occasional call-quality issues that can impact reliability. What do you like best about RingEX?

One of the best things about RingEX is able to use it different ways to answer calls. Deskphone, Desktop app and cell phone app. I am not always at my desk or my users are running around the office, but able to answer calls via cell app makes it so a call is not missed. What do you dislike about RingEX?

One of the issues I see is unable to separate desktop app and cell phone in users profiles. We have had cases where it would be helpful to turn off cell phone app in the incoming call rules, but keep it ringing in the desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that RingCentral has had the best uptime of all the SaaS solutions we’ve used. That level of reliability is critical for our business because it gives us confidence that we can consistently count on the service. The AI features are also a major plus. What I like least about RingEX is that there should be easier ways to build out and manage subsidiaries. We’d really love the option to split our multiple subsidiaries out within the Admin Portal, so that things like Call Queues, logos, groups, Caller ID, and addresses are simpler to set up, organize, and visualize.
