RideDesk is booking and dispatch software for airport transfer, chauffeur, taxi and vehicle-rental operators. One panel runs the whole desk: website bookings with live quotes priced server-side from your own rate card, driver dispatch with a passwordless driver portal, partner forwarding, compliant invoicing with consecutive numbering, and payments by Stripe, PayPal, SumUp, card terminal or bank transfer. Your website takes bookings through embeddable widgets or the RideDesk WordPress plugin. Quotes are always computed on the server from your own rates — distance-based, hourly or fixed routes — so the price a customer sees is the price you set, never a guess. Bookings arrive with flight numbers, and flight status tracking helps your dispatch desk react to delays. Every account is white-label on its own domain: your brand, your colors, your customer emails. Communication runs through a shared inbox that combines two-way email on your own address with WhatsApp on your own number, so the whole team sees every customer conversation in one place. AI features draft replies, parse pasted booking requests into structured transfers, and answer live chat — with prices always coming from the rate card, not the AI. RideDesk also covers vehicle rentals: day rates with discount tiers and included kilometres, handover and return photo checklists, and deposit holds on a card terminal. For developers and AI agents, every account exposes a REST booking API and its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so agents like Claude and ChatGPT can quote and book real rides with the operator's approval flow intact. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with 0% commission on fares. The Free plan is free forever for small operators — 10 transfers a month, 100 AI credits, booking widgets and invoicing, no credit card required. Pro is $99/month and Enterprise is $199/month. The admin panel speaks English and German, and the booking widgets cover 12 languages.
