No API support. Also, there are so many alternatives found in the market at a lower price compared to it. No fixed price. Need to improve support. Chat support not available always. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revintel solving and how is that benefiting you?

It should be called a revenue manager for your business. Can build and analyze custom dashboards, compare reports, generate real-time campaign performance, and help you with decision-making about rates performance, etc. No complex spreadsheet making knowledge or programming knowledge required.
