**What do you like best about Reviewpad?**

Pr assigning in Github doesn't work. Reviewpad solved this pain point without too much work. I also find the labelling quite helpful. There a few other rules I am using that make reviewing code much easier. I don't believe I am a power user, but the tool as a lot of potential.

**What do you dislike about Reviewpad?**

The biggest challenge with reviewpad is knowing what you can do with it. I am pretty sure there are a bunch of use-cases I would benefit from, but I am not using them because I am unaware. I guess there's a big educacional component that is missing. Maybe better use-cases / guides?

**What problems is Reviewpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As previously mentioned, there's a bunch of admin work that reviewpad just handles for you. Things like automatic assignment, labelling and a few custom rules that makes my team's life easier.

**What do you like best about Reviewpad?**

The ability to reduce the redundant work my team does when reviewing code, customer support, free for open source projects and customizability for my specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Reviewpad?**

He can be a bit confusing to use at the 1st time and the lack of an easy way to setup pre-configuration to the configuration file

**What problems is Reviewpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less back-and-further communication between code producer and reviewer, the impossibility of building complex workflows in Github, and lack of cohesive code production and review steps.

The AI features summarise PRs and the round-robin assignments, which fairly distribute the workload.

There isn't really anything we dislike about Reviewpad

**What problems is Reviewpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviewpad has solved the problem of knowing who to ask for a review, and has also made the process faster and more efficient. This benefits us by enabling us to merge changes more quickly
