The entitlement management and integrations hooks to our in-house stack is very useful for our sales-ops team. I am not very aware of the pricing, but from my usage and POV it provides a great ROI for our team. I would love to see more AI features to be added to the product (something like a summary of the customer and what they are doing with the licenses, where they are hosting, how many of the overall licenses have been consumed). The software is very reliable from my experience and didn't have any downtime during my usage. I heard good things about the customer support process when needed. **What do you dislike about Revenera Software Monetization?** what I don't really like is it has very steep learning curve for people using the software who has not been previously exposed to the world of entitlements, licensing and seat-based usage, the tool usage is very hard to understand, would be helpful if there is an introductory free learning stuff around this. Even though the UI has everything we need, I believe you can make this more modern and have AI create customer dashboards for the user so they can a quick glance on their customers. For example, as one the user I am only concerned about a few accounts.
