What I like about Rev is that it makes transcription work much less time-consuming. I used it when I needed written text from recorded audio, and the process was simple enough that I could get a transcript and then focus on reviewing the important parts instead of typing everything myself. The transcripts are not always perfect, especially when the recording has background noise, people speaking quickly, or unclear audio. I usually check the transcript before using it for anything important. I would also like better handling of some unusual words and names, since those can occasionally need manual correction. I mainly used Rev to turn recorded conversations and audio into text without having to transcribe everything manually. This saved me a lot of repetitive work and made it easier to search through and reuse information from recordings.
