RestoFlow – Restaurant KOT Reviews & Product Details

RestoFlow – Restaurant KOT is a kitchen order and point-of-sale system that streamlines restaurant operations. It integrates waiter tablets, kitchen displays, customer self-ordering interfaces, and cashier terminals into one platform. The React-based waiter app lets staff input orders, add cooking instructions, and receive dish-ready alerts. The kitchen display system organizes orders by timestamp and flags delays over ten minutes. Customers can scan table-specific QR codes to access menus and place orders without downloading apps. The cashier terminal supports multiple payment methods, manages checkouts, and prints thermal receipts. Flexible tax configurations handle India GST or GCC VAT with automatic calculations. The system generates unlimited QR codes and waiter accounts. A takeaway interface simplifies quick-service orders with token generation, while real-time notifications ensure updates across all terminals.
