We were at first skeptical that Respaid might be a 'one-hit wonder' but, we've since collected a substantial amount more! **What do you dislike about Respaid?** Having an occasional recap of engagement/non-engagement a certain number of days after each outreach attempt would be great to see if customers are actually seeing our outreach! **What problems is Respaid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making billing collections a respectful process for all parties involved: we've already benefitted from greatly increased cooperation/payment from some of our clients already. Automating an otherwise tedious collections process that is prone to inconsistency: before using Respaid, we were using primitive dunning processes on our billing platform. As this had no impact on collections, we decided to manually reach out to all of our customers which became delinquent—this was an extremely manual process, and some delinquent customers fell through the cracks, accruing 10+ overdue invoices before they were contacted. ### 2.
