ResolveCX Reviews & Product Details

ResolveCX is ticket management software that enhances case resolution workflows with AI automation and governance. It uses an AI rules engine to manage tickets from intake to closure, focusing on resolution rather than status tracking. AI routing automatically assigns tickets to the right queue, agent, and SLA tier. Real-time SLA prediction alerts teams to potential breaches. Root-cause analysis on reopened tickets helps identify recurring issues. Sentiment-based routing directs high-frustration cases to specialized teams. Automated complaint classification assigns categories and suggests responses. An omnichannel inbox consolidates communications from email, web chat, and messaging platforms, maintaining complete customer history. Intelligent segmentation routes VIP, Enterprise, and SMB customers based on configured rules. ResolveCX complies with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards and supports FCA, GDPR, and HIPAA regulatory requirements.
