Reqo Reviews & Product Details

Reqo is an AI receptionist built specifically for restaurants across the UK and Europe. It answers every incoming phone call 24/7, taking reservations, responding to questions about menus, allergens, opening hours, and special events, so front-of-house staff can focus on the guests in front of them. Built by a team with over a decade of hands-on hospitality experience spanning kitchen operations and front-of-house management, Reqo is designed around how restaurants actually work rather than how technology companies think they should. At its core, Reqo handles the calls that restaurants miss every day during busy service. Industry data shows that 30 to 50 percent of restaurant phone calls go unanswered during peak hours, and each missed call represents a potential lost booking worth £40 or more in revenue. Reqo eliminates this problem entirely by answering every call instantly, whether it comes in at midday rush or at 2am. The AI voice assistant engages callers in natural, human-like conversation, handling reservation requests, walk-in enquiries, dietary requirement questions, large party bookings, last-minute cancellations, and modifications without any staff involvement. Reqo integrates with all major reservation platforms including OpenTable, SevenRooms, TheFork, and Quandoo. It works seamlessly alongside existing booking systems without replacing them, meaning restaurants can add Reqo to their current setup with zero disruption. The platform supports multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Greek, making it ideal for restaurants in tourist-heavy cities and international dining destinations across Europe. Every call is logged in a real-time dashboard that provides call analytics, booking conversion data, peak hour insights, and full call transcripts. Restaurant owners and managers can see exactly how many calls came in, how many converted to bookings, and what questions callers asked most frequently. This data helps restaurants optimise staffing, update their FAQ responses, and understand customer demand patterns they would otherwise never see. Reqo serves independent restaurants, fine dining venues, casual dining chains, and multi-location restaurant groups. Setup takes minutes with no technical knowledge required. Restaurants simply forward their phone line during the hours they choose, or 24/7, and Reqo handles the rest. All plans come with a one-week free trial, no long-term contracts, and pricing that starts at a fraction of the cost of hiring additional front-of-house staff.
