Replan Reviews & Product Details

Replan is booking and calendar software for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, and beauty and wellness businesses. It is built for owners and professionals who want a simple, reliable way to organize their day and stop losing time to phone calls. The core problem in most salons is not a lack of features, but constant interruptions. A professional who is working with a client should not have to stop, pick up the phone, answer messages, or manually move appointments around. Every call breaks the flow, affects the client experience, and can lead to missed or double-booked appointments. Replan focuses on two things: a free, unlimited professional calendar and automated bookings over WhatsApp. The calendar lets teams manage services, staff, hours, and clients in one place. The optional WhatsApp booking flow allows clients to book, change, or cancel appointments on their own, without calling or sending manual messages. The flow starts directly in the salon’s WhatsApp, without a public booking page or a long chatbot conversation. It checks real-time availability, syncs confirmed appointments to the calendar, and helps avoid double bookings. Clients receive WhatsApp reminders, and the team can send delay notifications when needed. Replan is designed for salons that want to reduce phone interruptions, simplify their booking process, and give clients a modern self-service option, without adopting a complex “all-in-one” management system. It is not an enterprise resource planning tool, and it is not aimed at businesses that need advanced inventory, accounting, or multi-location reporting. It is a focused solution for salons that value clarity, speed, and a tool that stays out of the way while they work with their clients. By combining a free, unlimited calendar with optional automated WhatsApp bookings, Replan helps salons spend more time on services and less time on the phone. The result is a smoother daily schedule, fewer missed appointments, and a better experience for both the team and their clients.
