Repeatwise Reviews & Product Details

Repeatwise updates prices on many Xero repeating invoice templates at once. Change prices by a percentage, a fixed amount, a price list or a CSV, see every template and line in a preview, and apply only after you type a confirmation. Because Xero does not allow repeating templates to be edited in place through its API, Repeatwise copies each template with the new prices, checks the copy against the original, and only then removes the old one; a backup is kept and any run can be rolled back for 30 days. The first 5 templates are free. Built for businesses and bookkeepers handling annual price rises, subscription changes and contract repricing. Independent app by Atesen Software, not affiliated with Xero.
