Unapprove is a web app for Xero users who need to undo approvals in bulk. It sends approved sales invoices and bills back to draft (keeping the same invoice number where you choose), voids many documents at once, including paid ones whose payments it removes first, writes off small leftover balances, and downloads every invoice, bill and credit-note attachment as dated ZIP files. Every job starts with a free preview and only runs after you type a confirmation; line items, tax, tracking and attachments are carried across to the new draft, and both documents get a note pointing at each other. It scans an organisation, proposes the credit-note-to-invoice pairs per contact and currency (exact amount, matching reference or oldest first), and lists every proposed allocation in a table you can edit before anything is written. Amounts and lock dates are re-checked against Xero right before each write, and nothing is applied until you type a confirmation.
