I conducted a research spike on automation tools for Android devices, but none of the tools caught my attention until I started investigating Repeato. This tool is intuitive and user-friendly. My working environment was set up in minutes, and I was easily able to play around with it and set up tests. One aspect I really appreciate is that you don’t need to know how to write code or scripts to use it effectively. However, it also has the capability to integrate custom scripts if needed (it supports JavaScript).
One of the most significant benefits I see with Repeato is the efficiency it brings to my testing process by automating repetitive tasks.
In summary, Repeato is a powerful, user-friendly, and highly flexible tool that can dramatically improve the testing process. If you're primarily a manual tester and not very proficient in writing code, Repeato offers something that will make testing more efficient, reliable, and enjoyable.

We would have liked the same thing to test a website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is very easy to use to automate mobile app testing. No-code (you don't need to implement anyting) . I was able to automate all my test cases within a weekend. It is easy to use and to maintain test cases. It uses IA vision. I also like the fact that you can create a JIRA ticket from a failed test case. We have been using for 6 months and we are very happy with it.
Support is also great. Quick response from support team.

Creating tests in repeato does not require any knowledge of coding.
Creation of tests is usually very fast because user does not need to create or find any locators or selectors.

- The reuse of tasks and also the organization that I can maintain in the "library."
- We implemented some tests that we use here, and it met expectations perfectly.
The application as a whole is excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I couldn't find a reason not to like it, but so far, only the issue of it getting lost in the click at times. However, I can adjust by creating a manual click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some time ago, I was looking for the best-fitted solution for testing mobile applications according to our needs. I must admit that when I first came across Repeato, its simplicity and first impression made me think it was a solution too limited, too simple, and wouldn't meet our requirements. So, I continued searching. After facing many difficulties with other more complex solutions, I returned to Repeato and decided to give it a chance. My surprise was immense when I realized the capabilities that Repeato offered and how easy it was to enter mobile apps testing with Repeato.
It's been an absolute delight to work with this software, and I in my opinion it's a game-changer for developers and non-programmers as well.
Getting started with Repeato was a piece of cake. The setup process was straightforward, and I was up and running in no time. For Android apps it works just out of the box, no configuration needed. For iOS apps it needs some plugin, but still, configuration process is very fast and easy. Even non-programmers on my team found it easy to jump right in.
Repeato's interface is simple and intuitive. After connecting a device with your app installed, you can easly create your first test in a couple of minutes. It supports not only clicks, long clicks and drags, but there is also some scripting which make it easy to write loops and conditions. There are even very usefull examples that make it easy to understand scirpting part.
Editing tests and adding new steps is super quick with Repeato.
I can confidently say that Repeato is the most stable software of its kind I've encountered. Throughout my testing experience, it never crashed or caused any issues, no driver issues etc (which I faced a lot in other solutions).
Repeato's innovative approach to mobile app testing is commendable. It's a tool that bridges the gap between developers and non-programmers, making it accessible to everyone on the team.
In conclusion, Repeato is a gem for mobile app testing. Its ease of use, clear interface, and quick script creation make it a top choice for any development team. It's also the most stable software I've come across, and its innovative approach to testing sets it apart from the rest. Frequent updates with bug fixes and excellent customer support make it an additional advantage.

It's difficult to say that I dislike something in Repeato because it just makes the work done when it comes to mobile apps testing. Altough, if I've had to point on something - there are some limitations for iOS applications when there's a need to tap on any system window (outside of the app) but this is just a result of the specifics of the iOS platform. Most use cases is very similar, almost the same, as on Android, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Repeato was extremely easy to use. I set it up in minutes and created complex tests with conditional steps and image verification on my first day. The user interface is easy to understand but provides the user with a good set of tools, and the app is extremely reliable. The app updates regularly with new features and bug fixes. And it should be noted that even though I've put over 100 hours into using Repeato so far, I have only seen a couple of minor bugs, most of which were fixed within a week of being found. This reliability is unparalleled compared to every other automation tool I've used or tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are not many downsides to Repeato. My company would have liked access to CI/CD tools below enterprise level, but the Repeato package is still better than other automation tools when the whole of features and price are considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Repeato is very simple to set up, and even easier to use for test automation. I have no experience with other test automation tools, and Repeato was simple enough that I was able to onboard quickly, and test quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Repeato sometimes returns unknown errors while preforming basic tasks. (Though these errors are often quickly remidied in the next version, when reported through the application.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
