RentaLista Reviews & Product Details

RentaLista is for event furniture rental businesses. Before confirming an event, check how many chairs, tables or tents are free between delivery and return; overlapping reservations reduce availability, and each item's preparation days block stock without being charged. Every event has its equipment list, dates and status (reserved, delivered, returned or cancelled), with deposit and balance recorded manually. The event quote can be copied or printed for review before it is sent. Offered as a 30-day assisted pilot: up to 20 inventory types and 30 reservations, with assisted setup. Not included: delivery routes, multiple warehouses, online payments or an online rental store. A free demo with sample data is available, no sign-up. Interface in Spanish.
