Rent It Reviews & Product Details

Rent It is a French mobile app (iOS and Android) for landlords who rent out their property themselves. Publish a listing, receive applications, verify signers’ identity, e-sign an ALUR-compliant lease (Youtrust, eIDAS), complete the inventory report on a smartphone with photos, then track rent and send pre-filled rent receipts. All documents are stored as PDFs in the app. Free for tenants.
