RenewalWatch Reviews & Product Details

RenewalWatch is contract renewal management software for small businesses, operations teams, procurement teams, and freelancers. It accepts PDF uploads, public contract links, or manual entries and uses AI to extract renewal dates, notice periods, auto-renewal terms, and vendor details into a focused dashboard. Scheduled email reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days help users review, negotiate, renew, or cancel agreements before deadlines. Search, status filters, record editing, reupload and resync tools, and CSV export support ongoing portfolio management. Contract files are processed with privacy-focused controls, while the application stores the structured metadata needed for tracking. A seven-day trial is available without a credit card, followed by monthly Founder and Professional plans.
