What I dislike about Renderforest is that some of the templates can feel a bit limiting when I need more advanced customization or flexibility. What do you like best about Renderforest?

Some of the instructions regarding DNS configuration could be clearer and more comprehensive. The few issues I've had have been related to configuring my DNS settings after switching a domain to Renderforest. Apparently their responses wrere sent but I didn't recieve it. I'll accept that. Since then, they are trying to help me with my problem, and also offer a refund exept for one month, that I agreed to pay of course, I want to change my review to a good review.
