I’ve been a graphic designer for several years, and around six years ago when I first discovered remove.bg, it honestly felt like a big relief. At that time, removing backgrounds in Photoshop was one of the most time consuming and sometimes frustrating tasks, especially when dealing with hair details or complex edges. Even with proper tools, it required patience and careful manual work. When I tried remove bg for the first time, I was surprised that with just one click, the background was almost perfectly removed. It saved so much time, especially for urgent client projects. For about three years, I used it regularly because it made my workflow faster and simpler. For me, it was a real game changer during that phase of my career. Even today, it’s still one of the quickest solutions when I need a fast and clean cutout without opening heavy design software. It’s simple, practical, and extremely helpful for designers who work with tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints about remove.bg because it has saved me a lot of time over the years. But if I have to mention something, sometimes the cutout is not 100% perfect, especially with very detailed hair or complex backgrounds. In those cases, I still need to do a little manual correction in Photoshop. Another small thing is that for high-resolution downloads, you need credits, which can add up if you’re working on many images daily. Still, considering how much time it saves, it feels fair. For quick background removal, it does its job really well, so there isn’t much to dislike from my side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
