Remarkety has really upped our email game. The user interface is very easy to figure out and there is a lot of functionality you don’t get with other services. The customer service is also great. The only thing I can think of is being able to save some formatting with buttons and the product row builder. We like a specific colored buy button with certain font and every time I make a new product row, I have to manually change them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the granularity of the software that allows to target, customers as multiple levels, such as time since last visit, lifetime value, etc, and send customized email to various customer segmentation. The summary of opened and conversion rates by campaign is impressive. Then you get an overall store performance dashboard as well which is accurate and insightful
