What do you like best about Relo Metrics?

First time we have been able to measure on-air exposure for a highly valued client. Relo was incredibly collaborative and extemely supportive to ensure we had everything we needed and their tools are very easy to navigate and use. We especially like the ability to auto populate powerpoints based on the results of the campaign. What do you like best about Relo Metrics?

The report feature in Relo Metrics was an efficient tool when prepping for end of the season partnership reports. It allowed us to capture the performance metrics across key assets and platforms in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How user friendly the MVC platform is & the account management/customer service team! Every question that we've had, has been met with promptness, next steps and most times a solution, whether that's from our account manager or her connecting us with someone else from the team. I find that after the configuration- the ability to change and add new partners for measurement can only be done through reaching out to support. I'd like to be able to have that control- but I do understand that some measures must lie with the experts. And since support is so quick to reply with all changes and asks- it's more of a non-issue.
