Relivo Reviews & Product Details

Relivo is a real estate CRM built for one kind of user: the solo agent running their own business, not a team. It replaces the mix of a phone, an inbox, and a notes app most agents run their pipeline on today with a single, quiet system. Every contact gets one timeline: emails, notes, logged calls and texts, and stage changes, all in the order they happened. Today gives you one ranked list of what needs your attention right now. It scores brand new leads nobody has called, listing enquiries waiting on a reply, deals going cold, and overdue tasks against each other on the same scale, so a hot lead can outrank a routine task instead of getting buried under one. Leads come in through embeddable forms, website visitor tracking, and shareable property microsites for each listing, all landing in the same pipeline and deduplicated automatically. The moment one arrives, you get an alert by email and text. Connect a mailbox over Outlook or IMAP for full two-way email, or connect Gmail to send from Relivo while your replies stay in your own Gmail inbox. A drag-and-drop pipeline, lead-source analytics, CSV import, and a Follow Up Boss import for anyone switching round out the day-to-day work. Relivo is single-user by design: no seats, no shared pipelines, no setup call. Start with a 14-day trial, no card required.
