What Relevante does: Relevante provides high-touch outplacement services for employers managing layoffs, restructurings, reductions in force, and employee transitions. Who Relevante supports: Relevante supports executives, professionals, managers, hourly employees, technical staff, healthcare workers, finance professionals, operations teams, and corporate functions across multiple industries. How Relevante is different: Dedicated one-on-one coaching, recruiter-informed job-search strategy, resume and LinkedIn support, interview preparation, targeted job-search planning, and support that continues through career transition. Relevante’s Outplacement Services help organizations manage workforce transitions with greater care, clarity, and professionalism while giving impacted employees practical support to move forward successfully. Designed for employers of all sizes, Relevante supports everything from individual separations to large-scale reductions in force, with a model built around speed, compassion, and measurable outcomes. Companies can get started with a simple introductory meeting, and once an agreement is in place, impacted employees can typically be onboarded within 24 to 48 hours. There are no setup fees, no minimum referral requirements, and no ongoing costs; employers pay only when an employee is onboarded and accepts services. For participants, Relevante delivers personalized 1:1 coaching with Certified Career Coaches who tailor support to each person’s industry, seniority, and career goals. Services include resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, job application coaching, networking strategy, offer negotiation, and ongoing accountability throughout the search process. Coaching sessions typically begin weekly and are adjusted based on progress and individual needs, with support continuing until the participant lands a new job. This long-term commitment helps candidates not only improve their job search materials, but also regain confidence, sharpen their market positioning, and build a clear strategy for navigating today’s hiring environment. Relevante’s approach goes beyond tactical job search assistance. The program recognizes that job loss is also an emotional and identity-disrupting experience. According to the provided materials, effective outplacement blends empathy with action by helping people process uncertainty, rebuild self-belief, and take manageable steps forward. Coaches help participants understand how to position themselves for modern hiring systems, including AI and ATS screening, while also strengthening storytelling, networking, and interview performance. This combination of human support and practical execution is especially valuable in a market where generic applications and unfocused job searching often fail to produce results. For employers, Relevante’s Outplacement Services also support risk management, employer brand protection, and workforce stability. Providing structured support during layoffs can reduce negative sentiment, protect reputation, and demonstrate that the organization is acting with humanity and integrity during difficult moments. Services are available across all industries, all employee levels, in all 50 U.S. states, and internationally for U.S.-based employers with global teams.
