No idea if the platform is good or not. We were told to sign up as it was going to be used for a transcription service for us. A little while later, we found out that it would not work for what we needed it for and requested a prorated refund. The UX/UI is a busy and it sometimes does not fully sync your latest edits. I don't like the fact that some of their features (like the Text to JSON) don't take care of dealing with the output of the LLM. The best Part about Relevance is You don't really need to know how to code you can most of the time just select the right tools and voila its done. You have your own custom AI agent.
